We released the news sometime last year that Dark Phoenix Publishing was in the process of creating a movie based on the Wastelands of Damnation roleplaying game. We'd also released information about the Collectible Card Game: Ascension and the video game, Eternal Midnight which are in development.
Since the mid-1990's Mykal Lakim has developed his own brand of horror taking inspiration from pop culture and the creatures of legend. Evolving his business from Dragon's Eye Entertainment to Dark Phoenix Publishing in 1999 proved to be a smart move on his part. Expanding our Dark Phoenix brand one step further we have officially incorporated as an LLC to handle the production of movies, film, music videos, teasers, trailers, etc., which we feel will help us further our brand. Here's a breakdown of the Dark Phoenix properties within the Dark Phoenix brand: Dark Phoenix Entertainment (film, media), Dark Phoenix Publishing (book publishing, rpg), Dragon's Eye Game Studio (photos, art), Midnight Designs Digital Media (webdesign).
