Plans for the Future

We've had a lot of people ask us about our business model. Some point out that we're mixing genres, adding supernatural creatures in a world like our own where these creatures manipulate humanity in some way, shape or form. This is true. We did model our business after Image Comics who took Spawn and put him in a world very much like our own, only darker. We did model our business after Marvel who did the same. And Laurel K. Hamilton when she wrote the Anita Blake Series. True Blood. The list goes on and on. We've mentioned several times that we are huge fans of Warner Home Video Game's F.E.A.R (series), Resident Evil and Silent Hill. We've been working for years to bring certain elements together to create a Conspiratorial Horror/Survival RPG and put many common elements together to make something fresh and reimagine the modern horror rpg.

So what's the future hold?
Shapeshifters: The Silent Struggle is currently in development, along with Paramount Pharmaceuticals and R.I.C.S.R Corebooks. Mage is a little further behind schedule but that's because we're trying to get everything to look right before releasing them.

Shapeshifters will introduce werecreatures as playable characters. In the game you will choose between Breeds (different types of werecreatures). Each werecreature is similar to the Bloodlines in Vampire in that they each have a belief system, legends, powers that are unique, etc. Grouping and classifying in this manner is not something we pioneered. In fact, in the Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter series, werecreatures are also defined by their Breed and have a very specific society which hides within humanity. As does the movies Blood & Chocolate and Underworld. Shapeshifters first introduces you, the player, to the world of the Shapeshifter. Then, it introduces you to their belief structure and spiritualism and allows you to integrate that character into the game.

Paramount Pharmaceuticals is a Corebook expansion which allows Directors to expand the game universe of their individual games and add elements to their games. Described as a multinational pharmaceutics company, Paramount has their hands in everything from hospitals to psychiatric clinics making it a dominant force in the world. One of its' subtleties is that it has sub-companies everywhere and strange things always seem to take place within these facilities. Branching off of Paramount is the Vampire Supplement, Seraphina and Corebook, Arkham Asylum.

R.I.C.S.R is a Corebook expansion which explains the Rainsborough Institute for Collegiate Science and Research is a paranormal investigation paramilitary group. With professional monster hunters, R.I.C.S.R. monitors the world for any sign of supernatural activity. Once that activity raises a certain level, .R.I.C.S.R. agents known as Paladins and Templars come in to investigate and eliminate the threat. Inspired by the movies Jumper, Underworld and Push R.I.C.S.R will be a monkey wrench for Director seeking to raise the tension in their game.

Mage: Legacies is a game about realizing one day everything in your life will change. As a normal mortal your character has a life like any other. Loving parents, friends and family. Then one day their life is turned upside down. Inspired by movies like The Covenant and The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Mage brings horror to the doorsteps of the family home. When a Mage is given power they are first given a limited amount. Only by completing certain tasks and advancing their studies can they be granted unlimited power. Regardless they have been imprinted with an Empathy, a supernatural homing beacon all supernatural creatures possess. With every supernatural creature in existence now aware of the Mage's new-found powers just how will they deal with their new life as they step into darkness?
